For all point-of-sales, except Clover, you must cancel your free trial by 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the month you started to avoid being charged. To cancel, simply uninstall the DAVO app from your POS system. Once you cancel, no payments will be processed, and you won’t be billed.
If you are on Clover, you must cancel your free trial by 11:59 p.m. on the second-to-last day of the month you started to avoid being charged.
This stops future billing through Clover.
If you forget to cancel during your first free filing month, you will be charged the monthly fee of $57.99 per month, per location.
No, the first monthly filing free cannot be paused or transferred.
You will receive a first monthly filing free for each unique point-of-sale system to DAVO.
If you sign up mid-month, DAVO will still set aside your full sales tax for that month and file it for you. Once you have completed setup (banking info and tax profile), we’ll send you an email and perform a one-time debit (first funding) for the amount of tax you owed before signing up, that we have not already set aside. This one-time debit occurs automatically 48-hours after the setup of your account and ensures that your first filing is paid on time and in full. If you would like to opt out of this one time debit, please log into your DAVO Portal and make this update.
When you opt in to this one-time debit, when it’s time to file and pay, DAVO handles everything automatically with no additional action needed from you.
