Shopify Tax: First Three Monthly Filings Free Terms
Your 3 free months starts on the date you activate DAVO for Shopify, and runs through the end of the third calendar month, counting the month you start.
Example: If you activate on January 12, 2027, your free period runs through March 31, 2027. On April 1, 2027, your paid subscription of $50 per store, per month begins automatically unless you cancel before the end of March.

Offer Eligibility
- You must activate DAVO for Shopify by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on March 31, 2027.
- The offer is for Shopify stores that are new to DAVO. Each store can receive it once.
- Each Shopify store connected to DAVO gets its own free period and is billed separately at $50 per month after its free period ends.
- This offer can’t be combined with any other DAVO promotion, including First Monthly Filing Free. It has no cash value.
- The $50 per store per month price applies to DAVO for Shopify only.
- DAVO may change or end this offer at any time before March 31, 2027. Changes won’t affect free periods that have already started.
How to Cancel
To avoid being charged, cancel by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last day of your free period. To cancel, uninstall the DAVO app from your Shopify admin. After you cancel, no payments are processed and you won’t be billed.
If you cancel during your free period, DAVO won’t file returns for periods after your cancellation date. Any return still due for those periods is your responsibility.

Can I restart a first monthly filing free later?
No. The 3 free months can’t be paused, extended, restarted, or transferred to another store.

Each unique Shopify store connected to DAVO gets its own 3 free months.
Which returns does DAVO file?
DAVO files returns starting with the first period after your last Shopify automated filing. Returns that Shopify’s automated filing covered, including any final return Shopify marks as Not filed, stay your responsibility.
